In an effort to get answers James' sister files a wrongful-death claim against the FBI. We want to explore this "just kill". We'll look at the whole picture, not just a corrupt narrative.

The Gun (or lack of guns)

Jim and I were raised in Texas, I shot my first rifle at age three on a duck hunt. A .22 is widely known to be "great for pest control or teaching new shooters". Jim had a gorgeous collection of registered firearms. Why only take a .22 in two pieces and keep it in your backpack? When camping, a .22 is great for helping frighten away bears, big cats, and wolves. It might not be the weapon I would choose to live out my days in a wilderness park as an outlaw kidnapper. If I may, take a wild guess, monstrous torturing kidnappers are better prepared??? But, hey, what do I know I wasn't there. You decide.
Here's a question, how many teens were abducted in San Diego County in 2013? I'm willing to bet 2 Padres tickets that Gore never even spoke to their families once.
It seems there is SO much more to this story, but you won't hear the truth from the FBI.
